Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel's location is central and convenient with plenty of food options nearby. The rooms are spacious and elegantly designed, maintaining a high level of cleanliness. The service received, from the friendly front desk to the restaurant staff, was exceptional. The dining experience offers a good selection, but some dishes felt reheated. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and provide a comfortable stay.
The hotel had a variety of room options; some were old with a gross carpet, but others were ample and simple. At first, my room was very smokey, but it cleared up after a day or so. The service was exceptional; everyone, including Sergio at the front door, was super friendly and willing to assist. The location was close to the center, although on the 'wrong' side of the highway. The dining experience was average for a Mexican hotel, although some dishes seemed reheated. The facilities were decent overall.
